Buy low and give high. Make a gift that costs you less than the benefit it delivers to RENEW International. You receive a tax deduction for the full fair-market value of your gift while avoiding capital gains tax. Please contact our Director of Development, Cynthia Chovan-Dalton, at 908-769-5400, ext. 104 for stock transfer instructions.

If you have an individual retirement account (IRA) and are age 73 or older, you can make a gift to RENEW directly from your IRA, tax-free (up to $100,000). Your gift will count toward your required minimum distribution (RMD) while helping RENEW revitalize parishes and renew personal faith. Please talk to your IRA trustee to send a qualified charitable distribution (QCD).

If you have a donor-advised fund (DAF), you can recommend a grant be sent to RENEW. Please speak to your financial adviser or account manager. DAFs allow you and your family to receive tax deductions when you need them and make gifts on your own timetable.

Donate an item or service to RENEW. We accept in-kind gift items such as office equipment/technology for our offices or items that can be auctioned at our annual Gala. If you are interested in making an in-kind donation, please contact our Director of Development, Cynthia Chovan-Dalton, at 908-769-5400, ext. 104 to discuss the donation.

Your gift to RENEW International could be matched dollar for dollar by your employer. Many employers sponsor matching gift programs and will match any charitable contributions or volunteer hours made by their employees, retirees and/or employees’ spouses. If you are unsure whether your company will match your donation, contact your employer’s Human Resources department.

Your gift can be made in memory or in honor of someone. It is a great way to commemorate a special occasion, such as birthdays, weddings, or holidays. Please include a note with your contribution, including the name/address of whom we should notify of this thoughtful tribute. You may also request Mass cards for memorials, healing, or special occasions by calling 908-769-5400 ext. 114. The amount contributed will not be included when notifying the recipient.

Your time and talent are invaluable to our success. Volunteers contribute their time and talent to RENEW. From database management to photography to stuffing envelopes—there are numerous tasks where we could use a hand.
